Plan Testing
Numerous tests are required to insure that a qualified retirement plan retains its qualified status and therefore insures that the funds held in the plan grow on a tax-deferred basis. AmeriBen/IEC Group will perform the required tests and make corrections as needed in order to keep the plan in compliance with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Department of Labor (DOL) guidelines. AmeriBen/IEC will also provide assistance to employers in areas that may allow the plan to pass the tests or eliminate some testing requirements altogether.
