Online Enrollment

Developed by AmeriBen, the Online Enrollment (OLE) system is designed to allow plan administrators to directly control their group enrollment information on the claims adjudication system through a simple user interface. Changes, additions, termination, or reinstatements are submitted electronically, eliminating the need for mail or facsimile correspondence, which increases the timeliness and accuracy of the claims adjudication and customer service inquiry process. Finally free from the drudgery of paper-based enrollment systems, plan administrators can now quickly and effectively manage the enrollment process through a user-friendly online eligibility (OLE) system. OLE technology allows the administrator to also review completed enrollment forms and approve them for automated loading into the claims processing system.
