Dear Colleagues:

On behalf of all the members of the AmeriBen/IEC Group family, I invite you to attend our Annual Management Conference, as we celebrate our 50th Anniversary. 

IEC Group (Idaho Employers Council) was founded in 1958 to provide comprehensive labor relation services to employers.  As the changing work environment forced increased attention to employee relations issues, the organization expanded its services to meet employer’s human resource needs.

In 1964 the creation of Idaho Insurance Administrators developed, focusing on claims administration.  This was followed by the introduction of the Retirement Plan Administration division in 1991.  Today our organization, known as AmeriBen/IEC Group, continues to grow while fully maintaining our commitment to excellence and award winning integrity. 

Join us this September 24-26 in picturesque Sun Valley, Idaho at our 40th conference.  You’ll be treated to dynamic speakers, trend leading information, sharing of ideas, and a sense of community that can only be felt at our conference.   I’ll see you there.
