T. Andrew Fujimoto Chief Executive Officer Andy has been instrumental in forging AmeriBen/IEC Group into one of the most widely respected management consulting and group insurance third party administration firms in the nation. As a principal of the AmeriBen/IEC Group, Andy has tremendous experience as a business executive and consultant. He possesses a clear understanding of the implications of effective human resources management and its impact on an organization’s bottom line. While Andy is an accomplished generalist, he brings specific expertise in the areas of strategic planning, leadership, and compensation design. He is a frequent speaker at conferences, retreats, and training seminars. His experience with large and small organizations in the public and private sectors provides a unique perspective that is both insightful and practical. Andy received his Bachelor’s degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Business Administration from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon. He is active in leadership positions within the Boy Scouts of America, the past Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Idaho Quality Award, and on the Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Jon Aubrey Senior Vice President As Senior Vice President for AmeriBen/IEC Group, Jon focuses on growing the TPA and managing the Account & Business Development team. Jon has broad experience in third party administration and while at First Health, he managed the COBRA and HIPAA departments. During that time, he oversaw the administration of 500+ clients and managed 45 employees. He later moved into account management with First Health and worked with many large national accounts. In 1999 Jon joined AmeriBen/IEC Group and has worked as a senior account representative, account representative manager, a director of marketing and now in his current role as Senior Vice President. He is responsible for new sales with a focus in the western United States.  He also oversees the Account Representatives and the Client Service Coordinators and is responsible for new vendor partnerships and contracting. The number of employee and student lives serviced by AmeriBen/IEC Group has grown significantly during his tenure. Jon has received his Life and Disability license and is licensed in many states.  Jon attended Utah State University majoring in Communications and is fluent in Spanish.  Jon currently serves on the Board of Directors for AmeriBen/IEC Group.
Ben Wright Finance Manager Ben joined AmeriBen in September 2007 and is primarily responsible for the oversight of corporate finance, client accounting, participant eligibility, and COBRA administration. Prior to joining AmeriBen, Ben worked for The DBSI Group of Companies, a leader in the real estate investment industry. While at DBSI, Ben greatly enhanced his financial and management skills while personally closing in excess of $140 million in commercial real estate sales, overseeing billing and collections in excess of $220 million annually, and performing risk management duties for a portfolio valued in excess of $2 billion. Also, as Corporate Controller, Ben played an instrumental role in the turnaround of the $30 million electronics division, which underwent nearly $4 million in annual bottom line improvement without increasing sales. Prior to this, Ben spent five years performing financial audits for Deloitte & Touche and KPMG. Audit experience included Hitachi, GE, Solectron, Apple Computer, Washington Group, as well as several startups and privately-held companies. Ben obtained his Masters in Business Administration from Boise State University, his Bachelors in Accountancy and Information Systems from Brigham Young University, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.
Anne Wilde Corporate Counsel Anne Wilde joined AmeriBen / IEC Group in spring 2008, bringing with her over 13 years of professional experience with a unique blend of legal, management and human resources expertise. In her role as Corporate Counsel, Anne is responsible for managing the company’s compliance efforts which include contractual compliance, as well as compliance with various employee benefit laws including ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA and Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code. Anne also oversees the company’s Appeals Department, which processes thousands of appeals per year. Prior to joining AmeriBen / IEC Group Anne has held various professional roles including Director of Human Resources for the Idaho Statesman; Deputy Attorney General for the Idaho Department of Commerce & Labor; and Labor Relations Manager and Manager of the Office of Ethics & Compliance for Albertson’s, Inc. Her breadth of experience with medium and large employers in the private and public sectors provides valuable insight for the company, as well as its clients. Anne has also presented on various legal and human resources topics to all organizational levels. Anne obtained her B.S. in Finance from the University of Idaho in 1992, followed by her J.D. in 1995. Anne is licensed to practice law by the Idaho State Bar and is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts of Idaho. Anne also serves on the Board of Directors for the Learning Lab, a learning center for under-educated families and adults.
