Customer Care Representative I - II
Monday – Friday, 7am-6pm    8 Hour Shift May Vary
Pay Range: $11.45 - $15.07                            

As a Customer Care Representative, you answer or direct incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding claims benefits which will involve researching and resolving problems for customers. 

Qualified candidates will have high school education or equivalent and at least one years’ experience of customer service experience in a call center environment as well as exceptional interpersonal and problem solving skills.  A CCR must be team and goal oriented, have a basic knowledge of all other departments within the company, have the ability to be organized, work efficiently, perform multi-tasking, prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.  Typing at least 50 wpm is a must.  CPT/ICD9 coding experience as well as medical and dental terminology and claims knowledge is a plus.  Compensation based on experience. 

Receptionist
Pay Range: $10.41 - $12.23                 

This position provides support to external customers (members, potential members, callers) and to internal customers (account representatives, executive staff, and coworkers) and ensures all contact with customers and colleagues is a positive experience. In addition you would prepare materials as requested accurately, in a timely manner and with high quality.

This position requires high school diploma or equivalent certification with an excellent customer service attitude, good written and verbal communication skills.  Other requirements include having the ability to sit with intermittent moving in an office environment, lifting of office supplies, talking and hearing in addition to having knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)

AmeriBen Account Executive
Pay Range: $69,763-$88,958, DOE  

This position is responsible for bringing the organization new business in accordance to annual goals. Ensures the business is brought on successfully and to the client’s satisfaction.  Responsible to travel, call on brokers and consultants, present capabilities and request RFP’s for administration. 

You must have a minimum of five years experience in a related field with proven success in sales as well as knowledge of self funding, administration procedures, marketing tools and medical cost management.  It requires you possess strong presentation and public speaking skills as well as proficiency using Power Point.  You need to have a current insurance license and are able to travel 2-3 days per week if necessary.
