Ameriben/IEC Group currently offers the following benefit package:

 

Health, Dental and Vision Insurance
Employees who work over 30 hours a week are eligible for our health, dental and vision insurance plans. The health plan offers comprehensive hospital, surgical and medical benefits within the PPO network with a $500 deductible. The dental and vision plan offers many diagnostic and preventive services at no cost to the employee. Individual and family coverage is available on all of these plans.

Flexible Benefits Plan
Our Flexible Benefits Plan allows employees to pay allowable out-of-pocket medical and dependent day care expenses using pre-tax dollars. The result is more net take home pay for employees because taxes are not taken out on the money deferred through the employee's flexible benefits account.

Long Term Disability Insurance

Provides 67% of monthly earnings after a 90 day elimination period. Disability may come from non-work related illness or injury.

 

Voluntary Short Term Disability Insurance

Provides 60% of weekly earnings after a 14 day elimination period up to a maximum period of 90 days from disability.

 

Vacation
Employees who work over 20 hours per week are eligible for vacation pay (20 – 39 hour employees receive pro-rated vacation time). Vacation is paid as follows: After 90 days, employee is eligible for up to 3 days; after one year of service – 10 days; after 5 years of service – 15 days, and after 10 years of service – 20 days.

401(k) Plan
AmeriBen/IEC Group currently provides a 401(k) Savings Plan to help employees save for retirement by allowing employees to set aside a portion of their salary for retirement and defer income taxes on savings.

AFLAC Supplemental Insurance Plans

Through AFLAC you may choose from three different supplemental insurance plans which are: Accident Policy, Cancer Policy and Intensive Care Policy.

 

Life Insurance

Benefits are paid at 1 x your annual salary rounded to the nearest $1000 to a maximum of $50, 000. Dependent coverage also available. Supplemental - Benefits may be applied for up to 3 x annual salary rounded to the nearest $1000 minimum $10,000 to a maximum of $300,000. Dependent coverage also available.

 

Career-Related Education Reimbursement

Limited tuition reimbursement is available with prior approval. Based on final grade up to management discretion.
